Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
My electric garage door stuck half shut. I called Garage Doors Fixed, an hour later had a call back saying the team were an hour away, fixed, paid and done an dusted in an hour from arriving. Friendly, polite and easy to work with. I can't thank the team enough.
Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.
Engineer was friendly and helpful, he carried out the job quickly and professionally. He told me what had happened when we closed the door.
